Retouching is the part of photography nobody should notice. Done right, it leaves a picture looking like it was simply taken on a perfect day.
What I retouch
- Portrait and beauty retouching that keeps skin looking like skin: distractions go, texture and character stay.
- Product cleanup for catalogues and e-commerce: dust, scratches, stray reflections, backgrounds and consistent color across a range.
- Color grading for series, so a whole campaign feels like one story.
- Restoration of archival and family photographs: dust, scratches, fading, torn corners.
How it works
- Files and references. You send the images and examples of the result you want.
- Level of intervention. We agree on how far the retouching goes, from light cleanup to full post-production.
- Delivery. You receive layered or flattened files in the formats your printer or platform needs.

Why with me
I retouch as a photographer, not as a filter: I know where light must fall because I set it myself. Archival work is a personal passion: I spend my research time inside 1930s photographs of Casablanca, and old prints get the same respect in my workflow.

Can you retouch photos taken by another photographer?
Yes. I work on my own photographs and on images shot by others, from a single portrait to a full catalogue.
Will the skin still look natural?
Yes. Good retouching is the part of photography nobody should notice: skin keeps its texture, faces keep their character.
Can you restore an old family photograph?
Yes: dust, scratches, fading and torn corners. Send the highest resolution scan you can make.
What files should I send?
The highest quality you have: RAW files or full size originals for recent images, a high resolution scan for old prints, plus references for the look you want.
